Just got home from The House of Pain boxing gym. Walking into the gym I automatically heard the the timer ring the end of a round and see two young people. One shadow boxing in the ring the other hitting the speed bag.  I go to the far end of the gym and start warming up. Shadow boxing in front of the mirror for about 10 min, Grab my jump rope and start jumping for about 15 min.  As more young amateur start arriving the sweet music of the swooshing of the jump rope and the rhythm of the heavy bag getting hit. It helps me to let go of all that has been bothering me for the day.  Focusing  on my combos and head movement, had a great but hard work out
